この文書は、当社（株式会社パシフィック）に個人情報を提供される前にご一読ください。ご同意いただいたうえで、お客様からご依頼にあった当社の商品・サービスを提供させていただきます。

1.個人情報の利用目的

主にお客様からのお問合せに対するご回答、当社の商品・サービスに関するご案内や契約の履行、商談のお打合せ・ご連絡、セミナーやイベント等のご案内のために、お客様のお名前、ご住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等を取得いたします。

2.個人情報の取得方法
